Go to: Control Panel>Appearance and Personalization>Folder Options>View and un-check Hide extensions for known file types
And then go to the song and you will see _____.m4a, and then you simply rename it to ______.wma

Not Spam but the best multimedia converter and is also free is: SUPER.
google it and is so easy to use. It has many config options and you can convert to almost any single multimedia format without a single codec in your PC. I highly recommend that.

Search in google: m4a wma convertor
I'm sure you will find some free convertors.

you basically replaced the extension, purely exchange it lower back. MP3 and JPG are completely distinctive report formats, MP3 is an audio report, jointly as JPG is a pics report, you won't be able to convert one to the different.

It's not free, but I use Switch http://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html
I think it was about $20.
