I work now with the 2 discs but the first one is really small and full doesnt have space to receive email messages.
Perhaps i should install outlook express in the new disc, i dont know very well ....

Ok, open outlook express, go to tools- options- click on mail setup and then on data files and then on open folder, you will see your outlook pst file (your emails saves all emails on this file) copy and paste this file on your other hard disk. Close this window.

Repeat above step, but instead of open folder click on add -select office outlook pesonal folders- browse to where you stored your pst file ( your other hard disk) click open and then apply ok. you are done!

You could install Thunderbird on your new disk instead of Outlook Express. It will import all of your messages automatically.

Did compress your drives to save space?

You can also reduce the size of system restore.
