Is it normal to download images with a future date of time?
?

I downloaded two photos that the the year was off and I m shocked it says Saturday July 11th 2037. Those two are the only images with a future year that I downloaded.

Not normal, but not unusual.
The file system doesn't care what time it is now. It simply looks at what the timestamp of the file says. So if the file says it's from 2037...so be it.
The timestamp is usually generated by the operating system, but it's quite easy for someone to manually modify it. (Why would someone do this, I can't say...)

Not usual but not impossible. Some EXIF editors allow you to put whatever date you want, even those that haven't even passed or it could be that the camera used had an incorrect date set up in its settings therefore the EXIF data would reflect that.

Why would you be shocked?
All it means is that the internal clock on the camera used to take the image wasn't set correctly.

It sounds like a really boring episode of The Twilight Zone.
