unable to get my e mail?

You haven't given nearly enough information. What mail tool are you using? What exactly are you doing to try to get your mail? What exactly happens when you do it?



If you're using web-based e-mail, your browser should have a refresh button somewhere. It might look like a green page with a couple of arrows in it. In most browsers, CTRL-R does the same thing as pressing the refresh button. You might also have a View menu with a "Refresh" or "Reload" option in it. All of those do the same thing. If refreshing doesn't work, try back in an hour or so.



If this doesn't help, please post more information about your problem.

I have Verizon-Yahoo and I'm unable to get my email also. Everything else is working but can't get my email. I guess we just wait and see if it starts working again.

yahoo is down for many im in the midwest and i have no problems...
