Is there a way to change image (JPG) property sizes?

I'm joining alot of honda/modified car forums, and alot have limits on file sizes, dimensions etc of the pics you can upload, and sods law being the way as ever, most of mine are outside the limits in one way or another,
so is there a way to change the file/image size and so on so i can upload them?

A lot of image editing programs have file resizing these days; In Photoshop you can go to edit then, image resize or, go to file save for web and devices.

What do you advise? length is what? Pixels or inches? There may be greater pixels/inch on your pc, so the internet internet site often use 72 Px/inch meaning that the image seems greater advantageous there.

Open your picture in msn paint program, click on re-size and reduce the picture by stages of % till you have the required size that you need.

What do you advise? length is what? Pixels or inches? There could be extra pixels/inch on your computing device, so the information superhighway internet site generally use seventy two Px/inch meaning that the image looks better there.
