I was trying to make something for one of my co-workers and I was going to use the 'picture art' but none of the pictures will insert onto the page. It always comes up with a window that says "word cannot obtain the data for the C:/Documents and Settings... blah blah blah.
What is up with this? Why is it doing it and how can I fix it?

The full message: Word cannot obtain the data for the C:\Documents and Settings\Nikki Simmons\Local Settings\ Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\YLENQBSZ\MPj... link.

It used to work. It just stopped.

Also it is not just Word that the clip art wont work in. It is all of them.

Not sure if this will help..

But try this..

Open up Internet Explorer, then go to Tools> Internet Options. Under Temporary Internet Files you will see the delete button. Click on "Delete Files" and then try the clipart again from word. You should exit word before trying this, then when you want to test to see if this works, just re-launch word after having deleted the files ok?

It sounds to me like you deleted you temporary internet files. The clip art is there, your just no looking in the correct place. Try using your Search utility to locate the files. It's easiest just to open Search, click on "picture, music, video and then click pictures and photos. Click start and eventually your MS WordArt will start to appear. right click on one of the pictures and open the folder containing the file.

Hope this helps,

I think re-installing it would help. If not, you can just go on the internet and search for pictures.
