one way to achieve that is what wrighty said.. using motion capture technique.

the other way is to create a 3d model of urself out in the software that u want like Maya.

then animate the model for a run cycle at normal speed at a frame rate of 24 or 25 fps(the lower, the better).

finally after rendering the images, output the file at the highest frame rate possible... say, in quicktime player its 60fps.

its a long process... if ur an animator, u would und what i mean.

All the best!!!

one thanks to comprehend it truly is what wrighty reported.. utilising action grab technique. any incorrect way is to create a three-D type of urself out interior the software that u want like Maya. then animate the type for a run cycle at often happening speed at a body value of 24 or 25 fps(the shrink, the added useful). ultimately after rendering the photos, output the report on the utmost body value available... say, in quicktime participant its 60fps. its an prolonged technique... if ur an animator, u might want to und what i like to recommend. each of the acceptable!!!

This is not easy to achieve, and can be very very expensive.

First you need motion capture to capture movement, then you need and application like Maya or Softimage to generate animated content on which to place your motion capture data, then you will need to render out the movie of frames.

You will need a reasonably powerful PC as well as motion capture hardware and a studio.
