I looked all over the e-mail and I cannot find a send button.

Send is the big button just to the left of the To: and cc: buttons in the new message window.

Then you have the Send/Receive drop down on the Standard tool bar in the main window. Click View, point to Toolbars and make sure the Standard toolbar is checked.

If it is and Send/Receive is not present, right click the Standard bar, click Customize. Click the Commands tab, and drag Send/Receive to the tool bar to add it.

If that and the other suggestions don't work, repair Office/Outlook

Control Panel | Programs and Features. Select MS Office or MS Outlook, click Change, then select repair.

Close out and try again, if no good try logging completely out, reboot. Login again and should be fine. If your using a VPN, see if your password needs a reset and then try again.
