How many hours of streaming video could you watch without going over 40GB?

Ive been watching a series, and so far this month I've watched about 50 hours....Do you reckon that's over 40GB?

The series I have been watching are half an hour each video and I've watched about 100

Help!!

As you have a capped service if you download this small free program.

It’s only 1.15 MB ►

You can set it with your cap. It will show a running display of your usage [all up and downloads] and keep running logs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. It will also, work out daily what you have left for the rest of the month and how much you can use each day. It will also warn you when you are approaching that limit.

It will also give some idea how fast your using your limit.

Have a look at Screen Shots in the left hand column on the Home Page and you will see how it works.

Watching Tv Series online :O how illegal !

Buuut everyone does it including me :)

Okay sooo a half hour show... Depending on the website the original embedded video is streaming from and the quality of the video itself, your looking at anywhere between 70,000kb (70MB - low quality) to about 150,000kb(150mb - decent quality).. Rarely get any good quality ones without downloading the whole file haha.

There are 1024MB in 1GB, but your ISP probably just gives you 40,000MB and calls it 40GB lol, so your looking at roughly 260 decent quality videos (assuming you only use your allowance on these videos, which is impossible lol.. every photo, video, and even just webpage you see/visit uses some up).. So i'd say your looking at about 250 episodes. You should still have a little while before you go over your allowence.

You can always check it though. I don't know what ISP you're with, but I'm with Optusnet and i can just go to http://memberservices.optuszoo.com.au/login/?target=/myusage/ and log in and check how much i've used.

You should be able to do this with any ISP

Hope that helped haha

Truly, there is no comparability....simply because watching television depends on the gunky creativity of a Television set entertainer who's main concerns are budget, popularity and ratings also to Hell with theme integrity, or, for example, anything truly creative.

It relies upon on how plenty you employ xbox stay. in case you wanna attempt it, get the recent information superhighway and attempt it for consistent with week with common use. After consistent with week call up your information superhighway provider provider and notice how plenty you have used. If its under 10gb then your ok. If no longer then improve your provider or cancel it altogether.

The length or time of the file doesn't really matter. It's how big the file that is streamed to your PC that actually matters. Use this program to monitor your bandwidth usage or you can ask your ISP if they can provide you with one. http://www.bwmonitor.com/

It depends upon the size of the videos that you are watching...
