My computer will not let me login to any web sites.

First of all check your Internet Connection.Then

Try to Clear Cookies

To do this in Internet Explorer go to Tools->Internet Options->Clear Cookies

In Mozilla Firefox go to Tools->Clear private data then check the cookies button and then press "Clear private data now" button

If this doesn't work go to microsoft.com for more assistance.

Need more info: Do you have an Internet connection? ie, can you check EMAIL, AIM, Limewire< etc.? If not go to the command prompt and check your IP address. If it starts with 10 or 192 and you are hooked to a router then it is probably OK. If not on a router it could start with a plethera of numbers, but if it starts with 169 it is invalid and you need to release and renew it. Commands for this are ipconfig /all to check it. ipconfig /release to get rid of it and ipconfig /renew to get a new one. Repost if still dead.
