At what point do eBay take money for selling ?

When you sell stuff on eBay when do they take any charges such as for putting more than one photo up ?

After the sale has been completed. You're billed for the percentage of the sale they collect, plus any fees.

i think when the sale's final. that way they know the cost.but it could be when you list it.
