why is it microsoft are sending me errors from microsoft?

Please i need help here ,everytime i go into a site i get microsoft window popping up with error . I dont know whether to send report to microsoft or what to do ,pc is also very sluggish and slow .please help ?. Plus have tried restore setting and thats not working either .

Sounds like you have a corrupt operating system and/or all kinds of malware on your computer.

Save any important data to an external source (CD, Flash drive or external HDD) and completely reload your operating system.

As this is happening when you are online, its either a fake message, or spyware, or you need an active x control for the site.

But until you post what the error message says, no one can help!

I think you have spyware as your pc is slow. Install some security software and run a scan.



You need to install one firewall.

The Windows firewall doesn't stop malware on your pc from dialling out.

Microsoft Do not send You error messages, but trojans do as do some virus's. Most likly thou it a virus go to www.grc.com and they should be able to help you

you might have to reformat your pc it sounds like its pretty old and has alot of errors possibly viruses aswell. you can download spybot search&distroy for free www.spybot.info/ or ad-aware www.lavasoftusa.com/ they might help a bit, but in my opinoun you sould atleast re-install windows.
