im making a movie/slide show for my boyfriend..i have windows movie maker but it gets annoying with how it freezes constantly and i lose my work even when i do save it.

i want to be able to put it on a cd to give to him and even better would be to make it into a dvd for his tv. what would be the best program to use for this? i would like something with many effects and im able to add captions and music and what not. thanks!

You could use Microsoft Power Point, which comes with Microsoft Office. But personally, I love iMovie. It is simple and efficient. But if you don't have a Mac or iMovie, you could use Power Point (there is a way to add videos to slides)

I hope I helped

Sorry to be the bearer of undesirable information, yet i imagine that action picture Maker, even as effective for that's time, is a nasty piece of software to make video clips. before each thing, you are able to basically burn CD's with it. you should get 0.33 social gathering software to burn DVD's with it. next, that's not consistently the smoothest once you pass to really burn. It typically has blunders halfway through the approach and then the very next disc is effective. complicated. ultimately, the recent version of it develop into printed back in 2004 and Microsoft has all yet abandoned the product. both complicated! I recommend getting Roxio uncomplicated Media author of doing some research and searching yet another enhancing suite that can make .iso information that are consistently waiting to burn to DVD.
