Why don't you back-up the files that u wanna transfer on CD or something, then run a full system scan on your computer and make sure that the infection is gone as it might get spread from one user account to another through the old files u r transferring. You can also try to restore the settings of your computer to the point before your system was infected (Be careful that any files that were created or changed after the restore point date would be lost). There is a very useful software you can use to remove the infection called: "MalwareBytes", download it and run it on you PC. Hope that would help (http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html)

move ur files to 'My Document', create a new account (with Administrator privilege) then log out from your infected account. Log in with ur new account, then get the file from the sharing My Document.

It'd probably work.
