I changed my windows 7 professional password few days ago, but now it doesnt recognize it. I tried lostwindowspassword.com with 16gb usb flash and nothing happened. I cant enter cmd through safe mode because its professional so it requires the password. And now im trying to use DVD to re install windows. But when i choose CD DVD to boot, it says
PXE E16 Media test failure, check cable
PXE M0F Exiting Broadcom PXE ROM
Operaring system not found.
what does this mean and how can i get it boot from the cd?

If you have a flash drive to put this on I suggest using Kon Boot a program that allows you to bypass the windows password. You do have to pay for it but I'd recommend you torrent it unless your ISP is constantly monitoring what your doing. Keep in mind torrenting is illegal

I don't know if this will work, i'm making this up on the go but I honestly think it should work.

1. Boot your computer into safe mode

2. Once safe mode opens, right click start button

3. Click Command Prompt (admin)

4. You should be in command prompt and it should say something like c:\users\"your name"

5. Type "cd.." and press enter (the two periods are important) (its changing drive to the one above)

6. Once it says "c:\" you are in the right spot

7. type "net user administrator /active:yes"

8. You should see a message that "The command completed successfully"

9. What that does is enable a hidden admin account Microsoft uses when making windows. Its not password protected and has full access to everything. You should be able to go into setting and change your password or at the very least recover any important data on that account.

Restart computer after this and log into the new "Administrator" account.

Hope this helps

Hi,

First you have need to support a technical expert or firm. an other option is replace your windows or install fresh windows.
