How to i transfer files from server to server?

Question

My previous host was having server problems so she allowed me to transfer to another server of hers.

So now i have to transfer my files from that old server/cpanel account to this new server/cpanel account but i don't know how to.

I understand there's backup and stuff but I would like to know if there was a faster way

in case you have quickly internet connection, that's sturdy besides the undeniable fact that it relies upon on the server and the site visitors besides. some servers are slow. sometime too many persons are downloading from that server or perhaps the comparable record you downloading, so which you already know ....

FTP. Just copy the entire structure (all the files and folders in the root directory) to your computer, then copy it all up to the new server. (If you're using a database, either do a backup on the old one and a restore on the new one, unless your programs are pointing to a database that you can still use.

it depends on wat way u r trying to do it to send files thru the internet i suggest u use sendspace up to 1 gig in space can b used to send ur files to the new server
