I cannot scroll down a page using the mouse wheel?

Question

No, it's not because my wheel is stuck or broken, nor does it have any dirt in it. There is no problem with the things inside.

I recently formatted my computer, and everything is working well except that I cannot scroll pages using my mouse wheel. I can click on things with my mouse wheel and it works fine, but I cannot click the mouse wheel and get that circle to appear, which lets you scroll pages just by moving your cursor.

Is there any way to restore this? Thanks.

Maybe you need to reset things in the mouse properties!!?

You can always use thekeyboard to do everything a mouse can do and usually quicker.Hence the word key board short cuts, including scrolling..

Either way, mouse are really cheap to replace if you cannot solve this..

click on a community on the demonstrate screen it is not any longer some form of link, and also you should scroll high quality. also at the same time as hovering over some plugins (like a youtube living house windows) your scroll gained't paintings, no count number what form of mouse you've.

I think it is with your mouse..Try to go to hardwares option in control panel and check if your mouse is working fine.
