I had my senior pictures taken and something happened to where i have to get them off the memory card of the camera. But they were deleted. luckily my dad has a program that can recover them but they are all coming out 160 x 120 file size and as tiff files. I was wonder if anyone knew how to make them bigger or to fix this problem without messing up the pictures. Thank you

If all you're able to recover are 160x120 files, those must be thumbnail versions. There really isn't any way to enlarge those to a printable size without them becoming extremely grainy or pixellated. Perhaps there are other files that are as yet unrecovered on the memory card.

As Dustin pointed out, if you did manage to get prints of the photos before "something" happened, you could get high-quality scans of the prints. But if you haven't had them printed yet, I'm afraid you're out of luck.

Good luck!

You need to re-scan the image to a higher quality Tiff file. The original file is impossible to get an improved quality in order to enlarge.

Impossible. Once the quality has been lost, it cannot be regained. You better use a better recovery program or find another way to get the pictures.

You can try to recover your files again with Easy Drive Data Recovery software:

It uses unique modern algorithms to recover files that other software either recovers incorrectly or is unable to detect.
