I want to add a banner that does flash presentation..

How do I do that on a joomla or os comerce templates?

YES, in Joomla there is this neat FREE extension called The Flash Module - it displays a Flash / SWF file as a module. I have used it on a couple Joomla websites before. It works with both Joomla 1.0 and Joomla 1.5.
