What's the best way to change the computer language from English to Mandarin Chinese? Is there a way to change it so that the two languages are interchangeable? (so that it's not entirely in Chinese) I have a Windows XP if that is of any importance. My parents are trying to learn how to use the computer, but they're not completely fluent in English. I figure the best way would be for them to learn in Chinese. I'm guessing I'd have to get a Mandarin Chinese-English keyboard as well. Any advice would help.

There is no such thing as a Mandarin - English keyboard. Keyboards in China are exactly the same as keyboards in the USA.

First you must move to manipulate panel and upload a brand new language from a record of languages: Control Panel -> Regional and Language Settings (in Windows Vista). Then while you've further your language, switching could be very effortless simply press Right Shift + Alt.

Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Regional & Language Options, the icon is a globe.

Also, here's a link that describes how to change settings:

Good luck.
