Trust Webcam Help! WB-1400T?

Question

I recently bought a WB-1400T 'Trust' webcam from Wilkinsons. I followed the instructions and installed the software from the CD. Then when I plugged the webcam back in as instructed it doesn't register it. I've tried restarting and this doesn't change anything, and I have tried different USB drives.
What should I do?

I bought the same one as you and had exactly the same problem but you can either (if you got the disk with the arcsoft photo tools etc on it) you can start up the disk and where it asks install driver from cd or web page? Click from web site then just update driver from the trust web site. Or you can just go to www.trust.com without disk,find your model and update driver from there.I garantee you`ll have it up and running after that,if not get back in touch with me ok!

device manager

expand on imaging devices

click your cam

scan for hardware changes, this will locate where its plugged in, and always us the same usb port to save windows reloading the drivers
