What that means, is it's looking for a program top associate those type of files with. Generally what will happen if you download and save it to the computer. Double click the item and when the computer does not know what to do, it'll pull up a list of programs to choose from. Ig you know what program you need to run it with, there are chances, like with a PDF file, that you can find free programs that will just allow you to do nothing but view those kinds of files.

Double click on My computing gadget. go with approaches > Folder options > document varieties. upload an association between a software put in on your workstation and the attachment document type (extension).
